Contest Dates

  • Contest runs from October 29, 2007 - November 9, 2007. 

  • The 3 finalists will be selected solely by Dream It Productions and announced at www.ExclusiveBaby.com on November 12, 2007.

  • If enrolled in our text message system, you will be alerted via text message that the finalist are posted at our site.

  • Voting for finalist is from November 12 - 16, 2007 via text messaging only. 

  • The contest winner will be selected via text message voting by opt-in participants.  Winner will be announced at www.exclusivebaby.com on November 19, 2007 and via text message to all opt-in participants.  Click here to register for the text message voting and contest alerts.

Eligibility

  • By participating in the contest, you agree to and accept all of the Official Rules.

  • Contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America, in the states that permit participation in contests.

  • Participants are 18 years or order and are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the submitted photo.

  • The child in the photo is between the ages of 1 day and 4 years old at the time of entering the contest.

General Rules of Contest

  • One photograph entry per child.

  • No purchase necessary.

  • In order to protect children, any inappropriate photos will be removed at the full discretion of Dream It Productions.

  • Winners are liable for all taxes on gifts received from Dream It Productions and it's sponsors. Winners are responsible for costs related to purchasing additional services and products.

  • Odds of winning is determined by the number of valid entries.

  • 3 finalists will be selected by Dream It Productions.  Selection is based on creativity in pose of child since all children are absolutely adorable.

  • Other family members may be in the picture to help create the most creative pose.  Eligible child must be the prominent focus of the picture.

  • Finalist will be selected by largest number of votes by opt-in text message participation. Only one vote per cell phone is permitted.  However, anyone enrolled in our text messaging system my vote (i.e. friends, co-workers and family).

  • All pictures must be submitted via the web at SouthOCBuzz.com.  Click here for instructions on submitting your picture and registered at www.exclusivebaby.com.

  • Finalist will be determined by the most number of text message votes. In case of a tie between two finalists, an additional day of voting will be established for a run-off contest.

  • Contestant photos must be submitted by a parent or guardian of the child in the photo.

  • Parent/guardian understands the the site in which they are submitting photos is a public form in which thousands of people may see the photo.

Promotion Release

  • By submitting an entry, participants in the contest agree to holding the copyright for all submitted photos.

  • Contest winner gives the rights of the photo to Dream It productions and agrees to waive all liability for use of photograph and name in any and all marketing.  Dream It Productions may use the winning photo and name of the parent/guardian in any future marketing at their sole discretion.  Entrants waive any and all rights to submitted photographs and give Dream it Productions the right to publish same in any medium without compensating entrants.

  • Dream It Productions agrees to use the photograph in wholesome marketing only in order to protect the child and their family.

Use of demographic data collected and privacy policy

  • Information collected at Dream It productions' web sites is used to tailor our web sites and offerings to the interest of our visitors and clients.  Personal information collected is for Dream It Production only and is not sold, rented or given to any third party.  We respect your privacy.

  • Demographic information (such as zip code, age, gender, etc.) are shared with third party advertisers and sponsors to help them gear their offerings to fit your needs.  No personal information is released to them.

  • Any information submitted to SouthOCBuzz.com is subject to SouthOCBuzz.com's privacy policy and use of information submitted.  Click here to view SouthOCBuzz.com's privacy policy.

Release of Liability:

Participants in the contest and on behalf of the child agree that Dream It Productions shall not be held liable for any personal injury, death, loss of contest, any personal or public loss or damage of any kind relating to the contest or accepted use of the prizes.
